Essential skills and experience:

  • 3+ years in IT support, with at least 1 year in a senior role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with Microsoft systems administration (Windows Server, Azure, Intune, Entra ID).
  • Networking skills (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VLAN, switching, wireless).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Desirable:

  • Relevant IT certifications.
  • Experience with school MIS systems (e.g. SIMS).
  • Cloud services support (SaaS).
  • Previous school-based IT experience.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding in IT (web/email security).
