Location: Remote (Midlands preferred)
Salary: Circa £40,000 (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for schools and trusts, building trusted relationships and ensuring customer success.
- Partner with schools to understand their goals and guide them in adopting Microsoft 365, CoPilot, and other digital tools.
- Develop tailored account strategies and action plans aligned to each organisation’s culture and priorities.
- Host webinars, workshops, and drop-in sessions to drive engagement and digital adoption.
- Manage and monitor customer accounts, tracking engagement, retention, and outcomes.
- Resolve escalations in collaboration with technical teams, ensuring issues are handled effectively.
- Gather and analyse feedback to inform service improvements and enhance the overall customer journey.
Key Requirements
- Proven customer-facing experience within education or technology.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence when engaging senior stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills, comfortable delivering webinars, workshops, or training sessions.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, and CoPilot.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Highly desirable: experience working with schools or MATs, delivering digital training, or knowledge of cloud-based IT solutions.
