An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Digital Coordinator to join a fast growing international live events and entertainment organisation, supporting digital operations across its Iberia portfolio. This role will work closely with marketing, design, agencies, and technical partners to ensure digital platforms, assets, and campaign launches are delivered efficiently, securely, and to a consistent standard.

This position is well suited to someone with a blend of digital operations, web infrastructure, and IT coordination experience who enjoys working across teams and improving processes.

The Role
The IT Digital Coordinator will play a central role in standardising and managing digital platforms and assets across the organisation. You will act as the main point of contact for digital integrations, support campaign launches, and ensure strong governance of websites, domains, and digital systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the standardisation of websites, back end systems, and servers in collaboration with technical providers
• Maintain an accurate inventory of digital assets ensuring compliance and governance
• Develop and document standardised processes for secure deployment of landing pages and digital campaigns
• Support event and campaign launches to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Act as the central point of contact for digital integrations and follow ups
• Administer access, permissions, and governance for digital platforms and assets
• Work closely with marketing teams, agencies, and technical suppliers across Iberia

Skills and Experience Required
• Experience in digital operations, web infrastructure, or IT coordination
• Strong understanding of web technologies, hosting, and deployment workflows
• Experience managing domains, DNS, and content platforms
• Ability to create clear processes and documentation for cross functional teams
• Confident coordinating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Fluent English required Spanish preferred
