An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Oracle Report Analyst to join a leading education organisation in London, supporting a large scale Oracle Fusion platform and wider reporting ecosystem.
Salary: £80,000 to £90,000
Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite in Croydon, London
Contract: 12 month initial Fixed Term Contract
This is a key role within a growing central Data and Reporting function, responsible for delivering trusted, accurate and automated reporting across Finance, HR, Payroll and Procurement.

The Opportunity
As the Oracle Report Analyst, you will design, develop and maintain high quality management and statutory reports, enabling data driven decision making across multiple sites and operational teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of Oracle Fusion, business stakeholders and data quality governance.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build and maintain reports using Oracle tools including OTBI, BI Publisher and Fusion Analytics Warehouse
• Translate business requirements from Finance, HR, Payroll and Procurement into structured reporting solutions
• Develop standardised reporting packs for operational and senior leadership use
• Support reporting across connected platforms including BromCom and EPM
• Maintain a reporting catalogue and data dictionary to ensure consistency
• Validate outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness and trusted reporting
• Provide support and guidance to users running and interpreting reports
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve reporting processes
Skills and Experience Required
• Strong Oracle Fusion reporting experience across HCM, Payroll, Finance and Procurement
• Advanced knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher and Fusion data structures
• Strong SQL and analytical skills for troubleshooting and validation
• Proven experience delivering management and statutory reporting
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to non technical audiences
• Highly organised, detail focused and committed to data quality
