Main Responsibilities
- Provide high quality, customer focused IT support across multiple sites
- Act as a first point of contact for all technical queries as an Service Desk Technician
- Install, configure and support Microsoft platforms including Intune and Microsoft 365
- Support hardware including desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues
- Manage user accounts, passwords and permissions via Active Directory
- Support audio visual equipment including projectors and presentation systems
- Assist with IT projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain documentation including user guides, asset registers and procedures
- Proactively identify and resolve recurring technical issues
Skills and Experience Required
- Experience working in an Service Desk Technician or similar support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware
- Experience supporting Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365 and Intune
- Familiarity with Active Directory user management
- Understanding of network fundamentals and troubleshooting
- Experience supporting audio visual equipment is desirable
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to prioritise workloads
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider IT team
- Flexible approach with willingness to travel between local sites
