Location: South London (Hybrid)
Salary: £90,000 – £110,000 pro rata
Contract: 6 month FTC (with strong likelihood of 12 to 18 month extension)
Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Oracle Fusion Programme Manager to join a large, complex organisation undergoing significant ERP transformation across Finance and HR.
This role will take ownership of a portfolio of Oracle Fusion initiatives, leading delivery from design through to deployment and stabilisation. You will play a key role in ensuring solutions are operationally effective, scalable, and aligned to business needs across a multi site environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end delivery of Oracle Fusion programmes across Finance and HR
• Own programme planning, governance, and delivery assurance across multiple workstreams
• Oversee design, build, testing, deployment, and transition into BAU
• Drive operational readiness and ensure systems are fit for real world use
• Lead onboarding of multiple business units onto Oracle Fusion using a scalable delivery model
• Drive process improvement and standardisation across finance and HR functions
• Manage third party suppliers and system integrators, ensuring delivery outcomes
• Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and benefits to senior stakeholders
Key Requirements
- Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion or ERP transformation programme
- Strong background in system replatforming or large scale transformation
- Experience delivering full programme lifecycle from design through to BAU
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leadership
- Experience working within large, complex, multi site organisations
- Strong governance, risk, and reporting capability
Desirable Experience
- Oracle Fusion ERP or HCM exposure
- Experience across Finance and HR systems
- Programme certifications such as PRINCE2 or MSP
- Experience managing system integrators and external delivery partners
