A Tried-and-Tested Methodology for Success
When an EdTech company, MSP or educational institution approaches us for support with finding someone to fill a leadership position, we employ our tried-and-tested methodology to ensure the candidates we present to them, are of the highest calibre.
The Executive Sourcing programme begins with an interview with the company or institution seeking the candidate. We seek to immerse ourselves with the vision and culture of the organisation, and pair this with the key competencies required, to form a template of what we will be looking for.
We then proceed to search the market for the specific skills and competencies required, whilst also mirroring the cultural fit required for the position in question. It is important to note that in this process, we do not simply search through LinkedIn for candidates “Open to Work”. We filter through anyone we believe could fit this role through a variety of mediums. This can result in direct headhunting, where we employ a soft approach to gauge the interest of the sector’s leading talent.
