Our client is entering an exciting new phase of growth, launching a next-generation SaaS platform to expand its impact across education, public and private sectors. They’re now seeking a Commercial Product Manager to bridge the gap between product innovation and commercial success.

About the Role

You’ll act as the critical link between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance – helping to shape how the company brings new products, pricing models and commercial offers to market. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment and has strong analytical and commercial skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and evolve licensing and pricing strategies for a new SaaS platform
  • Build financial models to assess and inform product tier migration and pricing
  • Translate product capabilities into compelling commercial propositions
  • Support deal structuring, go-to-market planning, and CRM process improvements
  • Research market and competitor pricing trends
  • Shape future API monetisation strategies and international product adaptations
  • Act as the key liaison between Product and Commercial to align customer needs with business growth

We’re Looking For:

  • Commercial or product experience in SaaS, EdTech, or digital content
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Experience developing pricing frameworks and licensing models
  • Knowledge of API, software or IP licensing (e.g. tiered access, usage rights)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across product, sales, finance and legal
  • Skilled at translating technical product features into clear, customer-facing value propositions
  • Passionate about inclusive tech, education, and positive social impact
