The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone eager to manage and expand commercial customer relationships across the UK, driving new business opportunities and maintaining exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Onboard, manage, and grow relationships with commercial customers.

- Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with the Account Director.

- Conduct detailed quarterly business reviews and manage a prospective account patch.

- Utilise CRM systems for pipeline development, reporting, and forecasting.

- Maintain effective communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

- Support sales targets and KPIs through proactive customer engagement and opportunity identification.

Key Skills & Experience:

- Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years in IT sales, with substantial experience in the IT channel.

- Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships and deliver engaging presentations.

- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of key IT technologies and the UK IT distribution and vendor channel.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Organisation: Strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Adaptability: Capable of working independently and as part of a team with a proactive, positive attitude.
