We are seeking a highly motivated and capable IT Support Technician to join a dynamic and rapidly growing business in the entertainment industry. In this role, you will provide essential IT support to users across various locations, primarily based in Central London. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support to users, resolving technical issues in person and via remote channels.
- Manage and maintain hardware setups, configuration, and system upgrades.
- Support and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment, conference room setups, and printers.
- Monitor and maintain networking equipment, such as access points and firewalls.
- Ensure the maintenance of backup infrastructure, including cloud storage and laptops.
- Assist with IT administration tasks, including support ticketing, hardware inventories, and license management.
- Provide support for system changes and ongoing IT projects, such as data migration and office reconfigurations.
Skills & Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
- Proficiency in supporting Microsoft Office and Azure Active Directory is essential.
- Familiarity with Mac (iOS) support and endpoint device management is desirable.
- Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and a passion for user satisfaction.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and communicate with non-technical users and senior management.
