GreatFind Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Harrow, supporting clients across the IT, technology and education sectors. We work with schools, multi academy trusts, MSPs, technology providers and EdTech companies across the UK, helping them recruit technical, commercial and operational professionals.

IT, Technology and Education Recruitment

Location: Harrow, London (HA1)
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of new clients and vacancies, we are expanding our team and are keen to speak with experienced recruiters as well as individuals earlier in their recruitment career. This role offers the opportunity to build a successful recruitment desk within a specialist market while benefiting from a competitive base salary, uncapped commission structure, clear progression opportunities, monthly incentives and social events, and 21 days annual leave.

We are open to speaking with both 180 recruiters focused on candidate delivery and 360 recruiters managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to assess suitability for roles
  • Advertising vacancies and managing candidate applications
  • Coordinating interviews between clients and candidates
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Managing a pipeline of vacancies and candidates
  • Business development and client relationship management for 360 consultants

Skills and Experience

• Previous recruitment experience preferred but not essential
  • Experience in IT, technology or education recruitment would be advantageous
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and job boards
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities
  • Professional and organised approach to managing recruitment processes
