Location: Hybrid – Remote with 1 day per week in the Midlands office

Salary: Up to £70,000 + Annual Bonus + Excellent Benefits

We're partnering with a pioneering EdTech organisation to appoint a Senior Sales Lead – a newly created role designed to drive strategic revenue growth across education and corporate sectors, both in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new commercial opportunities across licensing, SaaS, and digital products
  • Shape and execute sales strategies across multiple sectors and geographies
  • Accelerate growth across UK education, international markets, and corporate/public sectors
  • Champion and grow the company’s Symbol-Friendly initiative
  • Develop new commercial partnerships with publishers, platforms, and service providers
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Represent the organisation at client meetings, demos, and industry events
  • Support renewals, upsells, and long-term relationship management

About You:

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or commercial partnerships
  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, publishing, or digital content industries
  • Confident working across public, private, and international markets
  • Strong commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable in a mission-driven, SME environment
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach
  • Passionate about inclusive technology and meaningful innovation
