A well-established UK-based email marketing software provider with over 20 years’ experience is expanding its commercial team. Working with a global client base and recognised brands, the business delivers reliable e-marketing platforms to marketing and IT teams across multiple sectors. They are now seeking confident and target-driven Telemarketers to join their business on a full time basis (part time applications will be considered)
£25,000 per annum (Negotiable DOE) | HA1 (Office-Based)
The Role
This is a high-activity outbound telemarketing role focused on generating qualified discovery meetings and demos for the Account Management team. You will be responsible for building new business conversations, maintaining CRM records and consistently achieving call and booking targets.
Full-time preferred, though part-time will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound B2B calls (approx. 120 per day)
- Generate and qualify new business leads
- Book discovery meetings and product demos for Account Managers
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
- Follow up leads via professional email communication
- Provide weekly and monthly activity reporting

Experience Required
- Previous telemarketing or outbound sales experience advantageous
- Experience working toward call targets and KPIs
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must be commutable to HA1
