They are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to provide first, second, and third-line support, maintain IT infrastructure, and contribute to digital innovation and automation projects.

About the Role
As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you will be a key member of the IT team, ensuring staff have a smooth and efficient experience with technology. You will manage incidents and service requests, support IT infrastructure, and assist with automation using Power Automate. This role provides hands-on experience across Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and hardware support, while directly contributing to the organisation’s mission and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first, second, and third-line IT support across hardware, software, and business platforms
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLAs
- Maintain and track IT assets, including deployment, movement, and disposal
- Support automation initiatives using Power Automate, integrating with Microsoft 365 tools
- Collaborate with colleagues, sharing knowledge and maintaining accurate documentation
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, information security, and organisational policies
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure including Microsoft 365, Azure, and remote working solutions
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in second and third-line IT support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, and Autopilot, including Mac devices via JAMF
- Technical proficiency in networks, infrastructure, and hardware support
- Experience using a Service Desk platform and ITIL V4 Foundation certification
- Understanding of GDPR and handling sensitive information
- Desirable: experience with Power Platform, cyber security, and Microsoft certifications
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
