This role is based in Madrid and will play a key part in delivering reliable, secure, and high quality IT services across the regional head office and multiple operating businesses across Spain.

Team management responsibility IT Support Technician
This is a hands on role suited to a self starter who enjoys working in a cloud first environment, supporting end users, improving systems and processes, and leading local infrastructure and IT operations in alignment with a wider global technology function.
The Role
The IT Systems and Infrastructure Lead will be responsible for ensuring the effective day to day delivery of IT services across Iberia. You will support users locally in Madrid as well as remotely across the region, while acting as the key escalation point and local lead for systems, infrastructure, security, and IT projects.
The organisation operates in a fully cloud native environment with no on premises infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high quality technical support to end users across Iberia
• Act as the local escalation point for complex technical issues
• Coordinate and follow up on technical issues with internal and external technicians
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate global teams and ensure alignment between local and group support
• Monitor support KPIs and ensure SLA compliance across all tickets
• Continuously improve IT support processes and workflows
• Develop and maintain technical procedures and operational documentation
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory for staff and contractors
• Audit digital access and permissions against asset records
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and user access including SharePoint, Exchange, and Entra ID
• Provide hands on on site IT support at the Madrid office
• Lead and track local infrastructure and systems related projects
Technical Environment
• Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
• Entra ID administration
• Endpoint device management and security tools
• Windows and Mac environments
• Google Workspace exposure
• Business systems including CRM and ERP platforms
• Cloud based applications and SaaS tools
• Networking including wifi, switching and firewall administration
Skills and Experience Required
• 4 to 5 years experience in a similar IT systems or infrastructure role
• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
• Experience with endpoint security and device management platforms
• Exposure to Mac and iOS support desirable
• Google Workspace administration exposure desirable
• Understanding of IT networking and cloud based infrastructure
• Experience supporting both corporate and BYOD environments

Working Location
