GreatFind Recruitment is working with a large, established organisation seeking an experienced 3rd Line EUC Engineer to join its Infrastructure team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong IT professional with experience managing Windows, Apple and mobile device environments, providing third line support and improving endpoint security and device management across a large, multisite organisation.

Location: Croydon, South London
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days from home)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide third line technical support across Windows, Apple and mobile devices.
• Manage and maintain devices using Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Jamf, Meraki and Apple management platforms.
• Support Windows Autopilot, device enrolment and application deployments.
• Investigate and resolve complex endpoint, operating system and application issues.
• Manage endpoint security, compliance, encryption and patching.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to improve IT operations.
• Support infrastructure projects, migrations and continuous service improvements.
• Provide remote and onsite technical support across multiple locations when required.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar IT support or infrastructure role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, iOS and iPadOS.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM and Windows Autopilot.
• Experience with Apple device management, including Jamf, Meraki or Apple School Manager.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure and endpoint security.
• Strong third line troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
