An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Central and Applications Consultant to join the Iberia team of a global entertainment company.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working as a Business Central Consultant who’s ready to move in-house — taking full ownership of the company’s Dynamics 365 Business Central and other business systems across multiple European entities.

Location: Madrid – Hybrid working.
Contract Type: Permanent

You’ll play a key role in driving system adoption, improving business processes, and supporting users across Finance, Operations, and other functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across group companies in Iberia.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Business Central users, managing internal support and external partners.
  • Supervise functional and technical workshops, ensuring best practices and effective change management.
  • Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and ongoing performance improvements.
  • Manage and support other business applications (e.g. HR systems, digital signature tools such as DocuSign or Ironclad).
  • Conduct business analysis and translate stakeholder requirements into functional and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and group stakeholders to align systems development with company objectives.

Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Inventory, and Project Management modules.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and a good level of English reading and writing.
