We’re supporting a global entertainment group operating across Europe in recruiting a Business Systems Analyst (HRIS) to join their London-based head office team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a major HR system implementation and optimisation programme - helping to unify multiple businesses onto a single platform and becoming the go-to expert for HR systems and data management across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the HRIS project team with system design, configuration, and rollout
- Lead data cleansing, preparation, migration, and validation activities
- Coordinate and deliver system testing, training, and user support
- Act as a key IT business partner to HR — advising on system usage and process optimisation
- Manage ongoing system configuration, integrations, and vendor relationships
- Oversee governance and control of people data
- Partner with HR and Finance to deliver accurate and timely reports and analytics
- Provide training and maintain documentation for HRIS users
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in a HR systems, data, or business analyst role
- Strong experience supporting or configuring HRIS platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Confident working in a global, fast-paced environment
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach
- Interest in the entertainment or creative industry is a plus
