We’re supporting a global entertainment group operating across Europe in recruiting a Business Systems Analyst (HRIS) to join their London-based head office team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a major HR system implementation and optimisation programme - helping to unify multiple businesses onto a single platform and becoming the go-to expert for HR systems and data management across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HRIS project team with system design, configuration, and rollout
• Lead data cleansing, preparation, migration, and validation activities
• Coordinate and deliver system testing, training, and user support
• Act as a key IT business partner to HR — advising on system usage and process optimisation
• Manage ongoing system configuration, integrations, and vendor relationships
• Oversee governance and control of people data
• Partner with HR and Finance to deliver accurate and timely reports and analytics
• Provide training and maintain documentation for HRIS users

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in a HR systems, data, or business analyst role
• Strong experience supporting or configuring HRIS platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Confident working in a global, fast-paced environment
• Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach
• Interest in the entertainment or creative industry is a plus
