We are working on behalf of a leading education technology organisation to recruit an experienced Head of Sales to drive growth across the UK education and multi academy trust market.

This is a senior commercial leadership opportunity for a hands on sales professional with a proven track record in EdTech, SaaS, or education focused solutions.
The Role
As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and developing the sales function, building strategic relationships, and delivering revenue growth across the sector.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the UK sales strategy and commercial plan
• Managing and mentoring a high performing sales team
• Developing new business opportunities across MATs and schools
• Building strong relationships with senior decision makers
• Working closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams
• Driving pipeline performance and forecasting accuracy
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within EdTech or education SaaS
• Strong understanding of the multi academy trust landscape
• Hands on approach with the ability to lead from the front
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Track record of delivering and exceeding revenue targets
