Description

We're partnering with a large, fast-growing European live entertainment group operating across multiple countries and event brands. The organisation is undergoing a significant HR technology transformation, centralising people systems to support scale, governance, and future growth.

As part of this programme, they are hiring an HR Systems Lead to take end-to-end ownership of their HR technology landscape, with a core focus on the implementation and long-term optimisation of HiBob. This is a senior, business-critical role with visibility across Group HR leadership and international operating companies.

£80,000 - £85,00 per annum + benefits | London

 

The Role

This position leads the functional HR systems workstream through implementation and beyond, owning configuration standards, data governance, integrations, vendor management, and continuous improvement across a multi-entity European environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle functional implementation of HiBob across multiple European entities
  • Own system configuration including workflows, permissions, structures, and controls
  • Facilitate design workshops with Group HR and local HR teams
  • Define and oversee HR data migration, cleansing, and validation strategies
  • Manage integrations with payroll, finance, and third-party platforms
  • Act as senior escalation point for HR systems risks, issues, and dependencies

Experience Required

  • Hands-on HiBob implementation and configuration experience (essential)
  • 6–8+ years’ experience in HR systems / HRIS leadership roles
  • Proven delivery across multi-entity or international organisations
  • Strong understanding of HR data structures, payroll integration, and compliance
  • Experience managing system vendors and third-party providers
