The Role

As Project Engineer, you will take ownership of end to end infrastructure delivery including design, documentation, installation, configuration and third line support. You will work across multiple client environments, delivering robust, scalable solutions that meet operational and compliance requirements.

You will also play a key role in technical consultancy, audits and pre sales support, helping shape high value infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver remote and onsite installation and configuration of infrastructure solutions
  • Provide technical pre sales support and consultancy for new opportunities
  • Conduct site surveys and technical audits, producing detailed design documentation
  • Implement and configure servers, storage, LAN and WLAN solutions
  • Provide third line escalation support to clients and internal teams
  • Contribute to product evaluation and development of new services

Experience Required

• Strong experience deploying IT infrastructure including servers, storage and networking
  • Windows Server, Hyper V, SCCM
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy
  • Virtualised backup and recovery solutions
  • Network authentication such as Radius
  • Firewall and web filtering configuration and troubleshooting
  • Experience producing technical design documentation

• MSP experience
  • HPE server and storage solutions
  • Aruba switching and wireless technologies

  • SD WAN solutions
