A large and well-established multi-academy trust is seeking an experienced Programme Delivery Manager (Oracle Fusion) to support a major Finance and HR transformation programme. The Programme Delivery Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring strong governance, structured implementation, and successful onboarding of academies onto Oracle Fusion.

This is a key delivery role for a strong Programme Delivery Manager with ERP transformation experience, capable of driving structure, control, and delivery across a complex environment.

 Up to £100,000 FTE (£50,000 Pro Rata) | 6 Month FTC | SE/Greater London Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery planning across Oracle Fusion Finance and HR transformation workstreams
• Manage full lifecycle delivery including testing, deployment, cutover, and hypercare
• Own RAID logs, governance reporting, and integrated delivery plans
• Coordinate suppliers, internal teams, and academy stakeholders
• Support Oracle Fusion onboarding and rollout across multiple sites
• Track dependencies, milestones, and delivery risks
• Facilitate workshops, readiness sessions, and stakeholder meetings
• Ensure smooth transition into BAU operations

Person Specification

• Proven experience in ERP or large-scale transformation delivery
• Strong background in programme or project delivery within complex environments
• Experience managing governance, RAID, and structured delivery frameworks
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
• Experience delivering testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities
• Oracle Fusion experience highly desirable
• PRINCE2 / PMP / APM qualification beneficial
• Education, public sector, or multi-site experience advantageous
