Are you a commercially minded marketer who enjoys combining strategy with hands on delivery?
We are working exclusively with a growing and mission driven EdTech organisation that is entering an exciting new phase of growth across UK schools and Multi Academy Trusts.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of marketing activity that directly influences revenue, pipeline growth and customer acquisition. Working closely with the Director of Growth & Revenue, you will help shape how the organisation reaches, engages and converts school leaders across the UK.
This is not a traditional marketing role focused purely on social media and brand awareness.
Location: London Hybrid (2 Days Office Based)
Salary: £40,000 to £42,000
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
You will be responsible for:
• Managing HubSpot CRM, workflows, automation and reporting
• Developing lead scoring, lifecycle stages and nurture campaigns
• Driving SEO performance and organic visibility
• Creating content and thought leadership campaigns
• Improving website performance and conversion rates
• Supporting Multi Academy Trust growth initiatives
• Producing marketing reports, analytics and commercial insights
• Working closely with sales and customer success teams to support pipeline growth
What We're Looking For
• Experience in a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Executive, Growth Marketing or Demand Generation role
• Strong HubSpot experience including workflows, automation, lead scoring and reporting
• Experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns
• Understanding of SEO, content marketing and lead generation
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes
• Experience within EdTech, SaaS, education or a purpose driven organisation would be advantageous
Package
• Salary £40,000 to £42,000
• Hybrid working with 2 days per week in the London office
• 40 days holiday including bank holidays
